(operating Numeraxia Photo) and its licensees the irrevocable right to use photographs featuring my likeness for commercial marketing purposes, including but not limited to digital advertising, print materials, and social media campaigns. I confirm that: 1. I am at least 18 years of age. 2. I have the legal authority to grant these rights. 3. I release Numeraxia Technologies Pte. Ltd. from any claims arising from authorized commercial use. 4. I understand I will receive 60% of each export license fee in SGD, credited to my platform wallet. 5. Withdrawals require a minimum wallet balance of S$50.00 and a connected Stripe payout account (Singapore). This agreement applies to all photos uploaded with this signature.
