Editor License Agreement

EDITOR LICENSE AGREEMENT

By using Numeraxia Photo as an editor/business owner, you agree to:

1. Pay the applicable license fee in Singapore Dollars (SGD) before downloading or exporting any design containing model photos.
2. Use licensed assets only within the scope of your selected license tier.
3. Not redistribute, resell, or sublicense raw model photos outside your licensed designs.
4. Not use photos in defamatory, illegal, or adult content without explicit authorization.
5. Accept that each new export requiring model photos requires a separate license purchase.

Violation may result in account suspension and legal action.

Model Release Agreement

MODEL RELEASE AND COMMERCIAL USE AGREEMENT

I, the undersigned model, hereby grant Numeraxia Technologies Pte. Ltd. (operating Numeraxia Photo) and its licensees the irrevocable right to use photographs featuring my likeness for commercial marketing purposes, including but not limited to digital advertising, print materials, and social media campaigns.

I confirm that:
1. I am at least 18 years of age.
2. I have the legal authority to grant these rights.
3. I release Numeraxia Technologies Pte. Ltd. from any claims arising from authorized commercial use.
4. I understand I will receive 60% of each export license fee in SGD, credited to my platform wallet.
5. Withdrawals require a minimum wallet balance of S$50.00 and a connected Stripe payout account (Singapore).

This agreement applies to all photos uploaded with this signature.
